Communication Standards:

We will answer the phone by the third ring during normal business hours. You need to know we are here to answer your questions and concerns.

After regular business hours, your calls are forwarded to Eric’s mobile phone so your important questions can be dealt with even after the markets close. If we are unavailable after hours to speak directly, please leave a message and your call will be promptly returned during the next business day or sooner.

E-mails with questions will be returned within 24 hours or sooner.

Written correspondence will be responded to within two business days or sooner.

Frankness:

An important part of the planning process involves collecting data, getting a good feel for your hopes, dreams and family dynamics. This information is used to develop un-biased comprehensive recommendations. Sometimes these recommendations are not what you want to hear, but need to.
